Achieve a healthy body and mind with the philosophy of yoga
My Yoga classes consist of a warm up, sun salutations, and a mixture of standing and seated postures. We always end with relaxation.
With lots of explaining from myself my classes are suitable for complete beginners and all levels of ability, most postures can be adapted to suit individual needs. All you need is a mat and a willingness to try.

Yoga improves strength balance and flexibility (being 'extremely flexible' is not a pre-requisite and is a common misconception) Yoga is great for stress relief and overall mental health.
​
Class is performed in bare feet or yoga socks, please bring a drink, your own mat and you might want a layer of clothing/blanket to put on for relaxation at the end.
